32 years old and living in Schoorl. My professional interests lie mostly in organisational culture & structure, personal development , sustainability and innovation. Innovating as an organisation and at the same time leading to environmental improvement is a goal I strongly foster. My strength lies in people interactions. I sense very well what drives people, what they experience and how I can help them to achieve more. Both within individuals and groups. I have a warm, to the point and leading way of communicating, which makes me achieve beautiful results, in both people and tasks.A just do it mentality has let to starting my own garden design business, land of plenty. The combination of design, nature, plants and regenerating our land together with the land owners brings everything I value and love to be busy with together.I would say my biggest dream would be to live somewhere in the woods, close to the sea, in my own build small self-sustaining home with my own designed rich, green, edible piece of land, where other people come to learn, connect and enjoy! Doesn’t that sound romantic? The above phrase I wrote 3 years ago. And at this point I live in Schoorl, 5 min away from the Schoorlse Duinen and the Sea, in our self build Tiny Home in a small community where we host workshops and provide a biobased build house for sustainable entrepreneurs to come together. Dreams came true and I want to keep on dreaming and DOING big!
