Designed and delivered an innovative new data-driven front-end fraud-detection and prevention product / service for Transactis (formerly CDMS Ltd), simultaneously launching the product with its first Client and delivering transition of multi-million data records and service from an incumbent supplier.Direct project management across three businesses and multiple user departments, as the sole Programme Director for all three parties and chair of the tripartite steering board.Delivered on time and above client expectations and described by the end Client's Group Security Director as "the best managed and lead project I have been involved in, in my 6 years in the Group”. The developed product was a flagship product of Transactis' anti-fraud strategic direction and was recommended for a Data Strategy Award.

Lead the Programme and Project management division at Otto UK (now, 'FG Holdings'). Through a team of c20 perm and interim managers and analysts, delivered c£14m net benefits on strategic, tactical and regulatory programmes during an otherwise financially challenging time for the business. Programmes covered projects in warehousing and fulfilment, credit and financial services, multi-channel implementation, and customer services. In late 2008, shifted the department's efforts to a single programme - 'Turnaround', the multi million pound UK business transformation project, delivered alongside the Germany-based parent company. Programme affected all aspects of the retail business, and required massive internal structural transformation.
