With an information systems degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, her entrepreneurial journey started after participating in a global startup bootcamp at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2014.Tri Rismaharini, former Surabaya mayor and current Minister of Social Affairs of Indonesia, provided invaluable mentorship to Reblood during its early days, fostering partnerships with esteemed organizations like the Red Cross. Leo's achievements also earned her a spot in Blackbox, a Silicon Valley-based global founder accelerator, with a scholarship from Google For Startups.Recognized as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia (Healthcare and Sciences category) and TEMPO media's 45 Outstanding Women in Indonesia in 2016, Leo is known for her commitment to revolutionizing healthcare.
