I started my career at Guará Motor with simple administrative routines, but with a focus on secretarial work for the CEO. Over time, I grew curious and developed skills in the financial and accounting sector, putting my university studies into practice. Little by little I acquired new knowledge, experiences and the opportunity to learn and develop all the functions I currently perform, such as: accounting and financial entries in the Dealer system and currently Bravos, bank conciliation, customer and supplier advances, co-responsible for accounts receivable (PF, PJ and Insurance) and accounts payables in general, documentation for participation in Tenders, ISS closure, GNRE issue, budget and inventory of office supplies, monitoring and strategic planning in cost management, write-off of financial entries in general(such as debit and credit cards), external audit and bank service, preparation of weekly/monthly reports from the finance and/or accounting department, analysis.

Working with payments, recipts, accontant and financial services, such as: - Co-responsable for recipts and payments.- Treasury and bank/ Accounting conciliantion.- Monitoring and settlement of securities. - Conciliation of returns and payments. - Credit analysis of customers and suppliers. - Credit card and debt write-off. - Generate financial statements and reports detailing the status of accounts receivable and payable. - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including checking, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts receivable and payable data. - Facilitate the payment of overdue invoices by sending reminders and contacting customers and sending claims processes to insurance companies. - Preparation for Tenders, Banks, Audit and Suppliers - Budget creation and Forecast of administrative expenses - Management of contracts with third parties. - Issuing GNRE ISS - Closing Launching invoices, checking tax books and downloading xml. - Launching, controlling and writing off advances.- Keep certificates up to date.

I participated in the competition and was assigned to the Guaratinguetá Planning Secretariat, developing the functions of serving the public and engineers/architects, administrative routines in general, writing official letters and internal communication, consulting process protocols and building projects, calculating and issuing municipal taxes related to civil construction.
