- Manage patient pre and post sales experience- Contributed to driving revenue to most successful CPAP location in Toronto- Coordinate with sleep labs, patients and staff to prepare all documents necessary for billing OHIP on behalf of patients- Ability to process mask warranty and recalls- Knowledge of CPAP/BIPAP equipment and CPAP accessories

- Schedule appointments for a Naturopathic Doctor, RMT, Acupuncturist, and Reiki MasterPrepare and assist patients for examination, treatment, or procedure by medical staff Updating patient medical records and keeping them in good order for the physician's perusal- Direct billing including patient invoicing, explaining fees and their timely collection by electronic payment, cheque and cash in an honest and diligent manner.- Medical duties such as removing acupuncture needles and giving B12 shot to patients.- Tracking product and supplement inventory levels
