Upon my arrival, the city raised its score from unsatisfactory to consistently ranking within the top 10 percentile among Puerto Rico’s 78 municipalities. ▪ Fortified the City’s financial operations, eliminated a multi-million dollar accumulated budget deficit inherited from the previous administration and completed each year of my tenure with budget surpluses.
