• Manage Amazon equipment assets, based on new projects demand to distribute equipment by using analytical tools, to optimize the resource allocations.
• Work with business team to evaluate and qualify equipment suppliers, familiar with the supply chain of manufacturing equipment.
• Responsible for automation projects, including strategy development, program evaluation, ROI calculation, budget application, suppliers survey, system validation, and documentation.
• Provide technical support to engineering team from Amazon and suppliers, to achieve the goal of optimizing process flow, reducing manpower cost and improving production yield.
• Responsible for defining the quality review system in Contracted Manufacturers, ensure different CMs to meet Amazon quality standards through standardized audits, as well as productivity and efficiency.
• Develop CM’s quality audit plans, conduct regular on-site quality audits and supervise at different factories.
