I identify problems and create solutions that help small business advertisers across our platform see better results on their advertisements. Highlights include:1) I created an automated solution for Lead Ads created on our platform with preset best practices and recommendations, using marketing science learnings and AI / Machine Learning. This lead to a net increase of $38m per quarter in leads revenue on our platform2) I lead the creation of the first small business call center program and integrated solutions/incentives to the onboarding program which lead to a 17% increase in active advertisers.3) I lead the engineering initiative for the first onboarding program for Instagram commerce initiatives which saw an 8% lift in monthly active shops on the Instagram Shopping platform

• Collaborated with a team of research interns with the goal of increasing the performance speed of large devices at a relatively low cost, through the implementation of NAND flash memory onto devices running the Linux kernel.• Analyzed Bcache’s and Facebook’s implementation of NAND flash memory.• Assisted in restructuring code to be compatible with specific lab machines running Unix.• Reduced the cost per bit while increasing the SSD’s maximum capacity.
