I develop the PPM service delivery capability, providing the leadership and guidance to mature our overall service delivery model and associated processes for our customers. Project Corps’ primary focus is Strategic and PPM consulting; creating alignment of organizational business objectives with its PPM capability.• Business Development – Co-authored an analysis/evaluation approach/tool to assess an organization’s PPM maturity. Leveraged this model with multiple clients during numerous workshops with over 50 participants per workshop.• Business Consulting – Authored project management policies for financial tracking, governance, and issue/risk management. Worked with client executives to align project management environment with business objectives. Set the bar for project management value and vision through meeting facilitation of executives and staff members.• Engagement Management – Management of PPM software implementations.

Fidelity Information Services is the top-ranked provider of software and technology services for the banking industry. It serves domestic and international customers.• Engagement Management – Managed the migration of mainframe processing from an in-house outsourced environment to a remote data center. The migration affected all bank locations across multiple states, its operations centers, including over 50 business and infrastructure applications systems. The project was completed on schedule in four months with no unplanned disruption to business functionality.• Senior Program Manager – Implementation of a suite of customer touch point integration systems for call center, internet banking and branch operations. Project included replacing and/or upgrading components of the banks network environment. Built and maintained teamwork within the project team in order to maintain focus and successfully address associated organizational changes.• Account Manager – Managed a due diligence effort involving the largest consumer financial institution in Poland including resources with specialized expertise in hardware, FIS applications, client/server applications, and business consulting. Consulted with an indigenous software firm to leverage localized expertise. Also managed the client relationship between FIS and Key bank. Primary focus was on contract renewal for continuation of an outsourcing agreement to provide consumer lending software, software systems support, and associated computer operations. Responsibilities included all day-to-day delivery and support of the existing outsourcing agreement.• Program Manager – Regained control of a run-away initiative. This projects scope included development of mainframe and web-based systems, implementation of a PMO, development of a strategic plan for the direction of their systems.
