Served as the project technical lead for the company wide implementation of a new browser based time and attendance system. The system supported time tracking for 35,000 employees and contractors, as well as integrations with other work management systems within the company. Backend integrations were performed to other HR systems such as PeopleSoft. During the analysis and design phases, led working sessions to gather functional requirements of different divisions within the company. Day to day responsibilities were to mentor other technical team members, as well as to serve as a liaison to management regarding daily status. All development was performed in C# using web services with a SQL database backend.
