CurrentOrder surveys, title commitments, review them and prepare all necessary documentation required to convey or acquire title, such as conveyance documents, trust certificates, corporate resolutions, good standing certificates, or formation of domestic and foreign corporations. Assist the attorneys in gathering all the documentation required by the lender and assist the attorneys in preparing the loan documents. Preparation and filing of UCC's, IRS forms such as 2553 and SS-4. Occasional preparation and filing of foreclosure by advertisement of mortgages, condominium assessments, landlord/tenant evictions. Assist the domestic relations department with deposition summaries and summation. Assist the wealth management department in drafting estate planning documents. Assist the bankruptcy department in reviewed docket & pleadings and preparation of pleading index.
