ResponsibilitiesTrain and educate Senior executive management, VP's, directors and field sales personnel on uncovering and solving customer needs utilizing Sonepar's digital tools, such as but not limited to: the website, streamlining efficiency surrounding order entry, electronic solutions for projects, bids/quotes, purchasing, repeat purchases, stock inventory and invoicing. Develop methods and pipeline management tools for field sales personnel to track and measure customer specific digital adoption, including qualified leads, activation, contact penetration and barrier tracking. Present electronic solutions to customers both individually and in large groups.Provide expert consulting on matching customer needs and act as the "Voice of The Customer" for Digital improvement opportunities & solution design. Contribute to prioritization and design of Digital customer experience through weekly conference calls, monthly meetings, and all hands on deck meetings in a corporate environment in various locations throughout the country.Work closely with field and corporate leadership to identify and remove business and technical barriers. Lead roll-out of new and re-activation programs to customer and field sales personnel.
