I am a Registered Electrical Engineer and I graduated the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Central Mindanao University located at Maramag, Bukidnon, Philippines. I am currently working at an electric distribution utility for 10 years. As the Head of Strategic Planning & Development Section wherein I am responsible in supervising energy trading activities of our company, monitor and supervise preparation and submission of compliances and reports to regulatory bodies, power supply planning & management, ensure recovery of pass-through costs, and supervise in the computation of electricity rates. Prior to this position, I was the Distribution System Loss and Segregation Officer of the same company wherein I am responsible in system planning, design, costing, trading energy, analyze, make reports on system loss, and update data.
