I first supported international HNW clients back in the mid 1980’s without realising that this was my ‘dream job.’ My husband, Mark, and I started Searchwells in 2006 and have since helped many families and individuals find and then settle in to their new homes.I use customer service skills learnt from dealing with marketing clients when looking for property to a set brief. I also listen carefully to requirements and then quickly and meticulously research and search until the best properties are found. Once further researched, the best properties are then shown to clients. A friendly, transparent and communicative service is provided at all times. This will be approachable, intuitive and even challenging in equal measure. Searchwells does not sell to clients. Instead, we work hard to give them the confidence to purchase.Actual experience gained from living in several properties by water and also from living in character and in newly built homes has proved an invaluable benefit for many Searchwells clients. And, skills of managing support both in the house and in the gardens and grounds can also be passed on as necessary.

I have found that many of our clients continue to be busy once exchange has happened and/or will not have the contacts to make their property purchase into their ideal home. Etc. was developed to help clients manage the settling in process, providing them with the same efficient and discrete point of contact along with advice and contacts. We have also developed a unique network of contacts that enables us to support clients should they wish to purchase anything from fine art to fine wines, new and vintage cars as well as antiques and clocks (etc.). This often means we can arrange for items to be purchased directly from suppliers who do not openly advertise. We can also advise on specialist insurance and security too.Most homes of value require time and management to retain and increase their appeal. I use knowledge gained over many years and enjoy this part of the process as much as the original search and acquisition.
