* Provide leadership to help fulfil the Centre’s mandate of guiding the continuous improvement of teaching and learning at Centennial College and growing the professional capacity of faculty and academic leadership.* Operationally accountable for all programming and events for the Centre for Faculty Development and Teaching Innovation* Implement evaluation methods and establish measures to ensure alignment of all Centre activities with the College’s Strategic and Academic Plans.* In collaboration with key stakeholders, conduct needs assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation and process improvement of programs and strategic initiatives (both in-house and external) that advance the College’s mission to implement innovative and high-impact teaching practices and provide engaging learning experiences for a diverse student body across all learning modalities.* Support the development and promotion of inclusive, equitable learning environments for all learners and collaborating with College stakeholders to advance organizational goals related to Indigenous learning, decolonization, equity, and inclusion in teaching and learning.
