*Conduct in-depth research on the supply and demand of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in various locations, adapting to project requirements *Analyse market trends and identify key areas of opportunity and gaps in the availability of SDA across different regions *Develop innovative methods to visualise the data, enhancing the clarity and accessibility of supply as demand insights for internal and external stakeholders*Prepare comprehensive reports that summarise findings, providing valuable information on SDA trends, patterns, and future projections *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driving decision are aligned with business goals

• Production and QC of research reagents and equipment• Marketing and customer service, both via email, phone and face-to-face

• FACSAria operator, including instrument maintenance and performance monitoring, data acquisition, cell sorting, user training and trouble shooting• Experimental design, including multi-color FACS panels, controls and optimizations, and sample preparation• Highly proficient in confocal, widefield, deconvolution and other fluorescence and transmitted light microscopy techniques including live cell imaging• Provide expert assistance and develop and undertake specialized flow cytometry and microscopy techniques for QUT staff and students as well as external users, including image analysis• Establish and maintain systems for bookings, charge-back, training- and client records for multi-user facility • Write Risk Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals, organize these into databases and make these available to QUT staff and students • Manage archiving of and access to acquired data• Plan and conduct in-house and city-wide workshops and seminars designed to train researchers in the background and application of flow cytometry and microscopy techniques, and to provide the opportunity for networking
