• Provide leadership and development to the operational training development and delivery team in the US and Philippines. To include, hiring, performance management, and terminations of team members.• Partner with executive leadership to identify performance needs; develop and implement strategies and tactics. Identify solutions and initiatives to create organization effectiveness. • Define, plan and assign all task associated with the implementation of all client specific training programs (Project Management). • Define project training and personnel requirements to meet training needs.• Ensure course work is up-to-date and effective. • Manage the training staff including mentoring, career pathing, performance reviews, coaching and counseling and other personnel related responsibilities.• Cultivate a communications network among the teams to provide a forum for problem solving and best practice sharing.• Partner with external clients and internal product owners to position learning and knowledge management related solutions with a focus on adding value to current solutions in order to win new business and grow the embedded base portfolio.• Work with key stakeholders to analyze development needs, create learning frameworks and materials, and follows through for successful management and implementation of leadership programs and initiatives for business support functions. • Lead the NA Training team by providing direction, assisting with the removal of roadblocks. Provide tools to ensure success of all initiatives including team development.• Be the subject matter expert as it relates to training matters. Responsible for staying current on new training technologies and methodologies.• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for completing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Manage a group of Seasonal trainers throughout the pre-peak and peak season (varies by forecast)• Maintain the vertical training certification program and develop agents as trainers• Partner with internal learning design team, operations team and external client to strategize and implement annual training deliverables• Conduct the delivery of training content for new hires on organizational policy, procedures, proper call handling techniques, and order entry systems• Conduct all cross-training and developmental/remedial training as necessary • Project Management-The Learning Development Resource, LOA process, Quality Review, Huddles and Refresher Training• Manage trainee performance in the classroom and on the floor, as needed• Effectively handle employee relations issues of trainees and conduct disciplinary action as needed• Ability to effectively make decisions outside of policy• Manage call quality audits on defined criteria for 10% - 20% of Supervisor audits completed per week and measure variance between supervisory and quality analyst measurements• Contribute positively to the financial impact of training and trainees by utilizing metrics of retention (80%) and managing billable vs. non-billable training
