Manages and coaches the local Field Marketing teamsEstablishment and control of the Business Plan.Marketing / Advertising-Assign objectives, set targets-Launch local campaigns and analyse the return on investment-Draw up specifications, launch and follow-up campaigns together with advertising agencies, direct marketing and media purchase campaigns Sales Promotion -Promote loyalty programmes and contribute to their expansion (Flying Blue, Petroleum Club, SME Programs: Blue Biz, Travel Agent Program: Crescendo) -Set up customers’ events, workshops and exhibition centres -Draw up promotion and commercial teams’ documentsInternet-Responsible for the marketing promotion of the local Internet website : seek to the quality of the local and common trunk’s information and promote the website (e g : contest game, mailing list,…). Conduct with the Internet Agency Manager the commercial promotion actions of website and off line (e g : press campaigns, mailing,…) / on line media (e g : banners, referencing in local search engines, affiliation, partnerships,...).Partnerships-Seek & develop local partnerships, implement and promote depending on the markets’ needs-Analyse all requests specific to the local market. Customer Relations -Supervise and co-ordinate all after-sales actions, -Enforce the Company’s customer relations policy, -Handle the local high contribution customer claims.
