My skills and knowledge have developed and evolved within an agency that has been through many important and turbulent transitions, from the close passion of a start-up through growing up to where we sit today, at the heart of a global network. It’s been an exhilarating and invaluable experience of which I’ve played an active role.I joined glue back in 2000 as a Designer and over the years I’ve tackled a wide range of projects that include websites, interactive, experiential experiences and advertising communications, to re-branding, print and even a little TV Art Direction, expanding and applying skills such as creative strategy, problem solving, Graphic Design and layout, User Experience and animation.I’ve helped build an eclectic design department. Nurturing skill and collaboration based on my own practical knowledge. Transparency builds trust, which in turn is the bedrock for strong, open working relationships.Glue has enabled me to work on a huge array of global brands across FMCG, Finance, Automotive, charity and entertainment.I believe that design is about thinking differently, approaching a problem from a new angle and creating something useful, engaging and fun.
