My initial background is in Supply Chain Strategy and primarily works in the Consumer Business (esp. Food & Beverage) focusing on large digital driven business transformations.I have more than 20 years of experience in Strategy & Transformation projects for large multi-nationals. I formally led the Consumer Product Industry at Deloitte North & South Europe and Strategy & Operations practice in EMEA. I have been very pleased and fortunate to work for multi-nationals and global organizations across all major countries in Europe and in the United States of America.Specialties: 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation projects for large multi-nationals in especially Food & Beverage space. I am focusing on (Supply Chain) Strategy, Operations, Operating models, Digital Transformation, Process Optimisation, Technology Enablement and Digital transformations. Not only the consumer industry is important to me but also the development of our society.
