• Designed, quoted, scheduled and implemented the production of company monitoring equipment with purchased peripherals interfaced as complete loose gear and cabinet systems for both the process and utility industries.

• Generated corrective action requests and administered design change notices to resolve not only product hardware & software issues, but tooling and process instructional procedures as well.
• Assisted the Sustaining Engineering Department with the formalities involved in the type-testing of newly released products, as well as Y2K type-testing of existing product lines.

• Responsibilities included testing, calibrating and component level troubleshooting of all assembly level printed circuit boards, both thru-hole and SMT.
• Designed and implemented both stand-alone and computer-aided test fixtures, which supported over 100 printed circuit board level assemblies for the instrumentation product lines.
• Performed vital software & hardware test fixture enhancements when design or revision updates were required.

Responsibilities included sheet metal inspection, incoming, in-process and final inspection.
