From my time at McKinsey & Company, where I learned about Strategy and Business Integrity, to my years at New York Consulting Partners, focusing on Change Management and Rapid Transformation, and my role at Arrow Electronics, where I delved into High-Performance Acquisitions, my journey has been filled with valuable insights.One of the highlights of my career was leading the award-winning Supply Chain and Operations transformation at what was then Harris Corporation (now L3 Harris Technologies). The experience honed my skills in driving impactful change and achieving operational excellence. Following this success, I embraced the challenge of building an international Joint Venture in the dynamic Middle East region. This venture allowed me to apply my transformation expertise and contribute to the region's growth.As the CEO of the Atlas Group, headquartered in the UAE, I had the privilege of leading a diverse portfolio of strategic businesses spanning communications, defense, energy, food, healthcare, hospitality, public safety, and security. During my tenure, I focused on driving transformational initiatives to ensure the sustained success of the group. Even after stepping down as CEO, I continued to advise Atlas Group and other Middle Eastern corporations on their transformation journeys.Now, back in the United States, I serve as a Senior Advisor to various corporate transformations, leveraging my wealth of experience to guide organizations on their transformative paths. My passion for transformation extends beyond the corporate world as I delve into personal and social transformations.
