I am a trial lawyer with more than 35 years experience handling complex commercial and real estate disputes. My clients include national and multi-national retailers, restaurants, hotels, management companies, manufacturers, real estate investors and developers, as well as many small businesses and entrepreneurs.My practice focuses on finding efficient and effective solutions to business disputes and business problems. My experience includes an array of finance, accounting and real estate related disputes. I have written and presented to local, national and international audiences on litigation skills, client-relationships, cyber-security and data breach litigation. I use this knowledge to aid my clients with data governance and cybersecurity, in addition to handling large litigation in the industry.
