- Design, build and support scalable and reliable data solutions to enable self-service reporting and advanced analytics- Develop technical tools and programming that leverages data processing techniques to cleanse, organize and transform data to maintain/update data structures- Design data warehouse models and ELT/ETL pipelines to develop, deliver and maintain data jobs- Leveraged on AI/ML frameworks to improve product performance using causal inference techniques and created recommendation systems POCs

- Product and clickstream analytics to understand user behavior using Amplitude and Metabase, and developed metrics taxonomy to streamline product goals and performance.- Performed a variety of analysis using machine learning in Python, such as clustering for user segmentation; and multiple regression to understand factors driving churn.- Researched and applied causal inferential techniques to measure feature impacts in R, using Bayesian Structural Time Series Models (CausalImpact), Propensity Score Matching etc.

- Analysed sales data to synthesise and visualise key insights using Tableau and Python- Developed sales strategies and business models to determine target projections.- Established and grew channel partnerships through client engagement and accounts management.

Research Grant:Performed coral research under a research grant funded by the Marine Science R&D Program (MSRDP) in partnership with St John’s Island National Marine Laboratory (SJINML). Research thesis was to understanding the growth and physiology of Heliopora coerulea.Research Assistant:As an undergraduate RA, I conducted maintenance and care for the coral aquarium and engaged in fieldwork for samples collection and experimentation. Responsibilities also included helping out with laboratory work to assist in coral fragmentation for breeding and Identifying microfossils from marine clay sediments
