Senior Manager Workforce Planning Analytics
CurrentAs a Sr. Mgr Workforce Planning Analytics, our overall responsibility and oversight of workforce planning for the Capital Delivery Department. We provide forecast/strategize Capital Delivery’s short-term and long-range staffing needs, summarize management and agreement needs into a Capital Delivery Resource Forecast, develop and manage the Capital Delivery Hiring Plan, and collaborate with stakeholders to establish interdepartmental workforce policies, process maps, standards, procedural documents, and workforce planning reports. We analyze and report on variances between the Capital Delivery Resource Forecast and the Capital Delivery Hiring Plan. We identify risks and create mitigation plans to support Amtrak’s organizational strategic goals. Overall responsibility for planning, organization, prioritization, and implementation of the Capital Delivery hiring processes focusing on data, evaluation, and efficient utilization of both management and agreement resources. We collaborates with Senior Management and internal and external partners to develop and report data analytics that drives continuous Workforce Planning improvement ultimately increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and data evaluations. Collaborates with leadership to ensure that forecasts are in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan, department’s needs, and operational conditions.
