Our vision is to create positive outcomes for youth of color by empowering the ecosystem they inhabit. This includes professional development for teachers, community development and advocacy.• We provide educational consulting, programming specifically tailored to focus on emotional regulation, student wellness and student engagement. • Destination:Known began as a 10 week in depth workshop designed to improve self-perception through goal attainment.

-Community organizer, justice advocate, community engagement specialist. Project development and leadership -Created the Perception Equals Potential (P.E.P. Dallas) Project~ Identify. Inform. Implement. Uilizes a systems approach to dismantling the school to prison pipeline in Dallas.

Orientate clients to Men’s Program. Housing and employment resource development. Proficient in HMIS and H.e.a.r.t. Systems. Assess resident needs as they present. Case management for program participants. Assist Men’s Director in day to day operations as needed.

Successfully planned delivery of services to formerly incarcerated persons for reintegration into Dallas and surrounding communities.Formulated individualized service plans utilizing strengths driven and solution focused reentry plans.Provided oversight of biopsychosocial assessments, case management and reentry services that target job placement, life skills and soft skills.Facilitated workshops specific to job readiness and soft skills

Created non-profit community organization designed to empower men. Giving them tools to live free from any addiction but specializing in sexual addictions. Incorporated in 2007.*Freedom Talk: A process group specific to overcoming sexual addiction*Created curriculum, facilitated groups and trained future facilitators.
