Responsible for assisting adults ages 19 and up with pursuing higher education. Including free GED, and ESL classes, FAFSA help,scholarship search and job etiquette classes.

As a trained facilitator I am responsible for conducting court ordered classes covering conflict resolution with a focus on development of healthy relationships. Also responsible for providing monthly reports to probation, data entry and finding trends of repeat offenders.

Under general direction from the Assistant Director-Investigations, manages client caseload through intake and assessment,and is responsible for database maintenance of all records and development of reports for all cases and services provided by program.Essential Functions1. Serves as first point of contact for all clients, who contact the Center, and conducts a Tenant services assessment on every contact.2. Assesses, counsels, and refers clients according to program guidelines, including providing direct assistance as needed to clients referred by other FHAS program areas.3. Maintains fair housing database(s) to ensure accuracy of all records and timeliness of updates by other staff members. Responsible for monthly and quarterly database reports as required or requested by the Program Director or Assistant Director-Investigations. 4. Maintain and process cases in adherence to federal, state, local and program policies and procedures.5. Assists with training of other program personnel in methods of record keeping and client intake to enhance overall program delivery and ensure appropriate data is being recorded. 6. Enhances public relations within the community to promote program awareness and interest, Fosters the development and maintenance of good working relationships with clients, other agencies, and coworkers.7. Appears at office and/or field assignment on time and on a regular basis. Normally works all required hours. Reacts to change productively and performs other duties as assigned.
