I'm currently Security Consultant for Integrated Security Services LTD - New Zealand, selling & integrating Intrusion, Cctv, Intercom and Acces Control systems nationwide for industry and residential properties.Previously, I was Operations Manager of BankBiz Solutions, a specialist Credit Rehabilitation service provider for the banking industry. I have 25-years experience in Business Development, Investigation, Auditing, Debt Recovery and Security Consulting developing integrated solution-based security systems.I initially trained & served 9-years as Police Detective & later progressed to Organisational Development managing government infrastructure projects, facilitating change management & aligning strategy with structure, process, technology and culture. After my Police service, I audited "Business Levy" declarations made to Municipalities & managed the company contracted to recover overdue Municipal levies (this included 20-call centre operators, 4-auditors & admin staff). I oversaw the company's transformation into a paperless environment and computerisation of all processes empowering staff and management with increased productivity. In 2006, I managed a partnership providing call-centre & tracing services for the banking industry & have managed and owned various companies that provide these services. In 2014, I introduced Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) technology as a tracing tool to the Banking Debt Recovery Industry & currently this team is 1 of only 7 licensed to provide such services in South Africa. In 2019, I joined ISS Ltd as Security Consultant.I have a National Diploma in Policing and Bachelor Degree in Management and various certificates and I have plans to study further. I'm very keen to be exposed to new methodologies and new industries and continue to upskill myself.My guiding value is to provide business excellence within the boundaries of SOUND & ETHICAL business practice.
