• Coordinating daily imaging assignments so that all daily deadlines are met on, or ahead, of time.• Editing each image to the L&T standards and color correcting to the actual merchandise.• Testing, evaluating and training of all new and freelance employees.• Development and testing of automation processes to establish a higher volume of completion without sacrificing quality.• Constant communication with the imaging team, photographers and stylists to ensure the highest level of quality is met, and remains consistent.• Coordinating with other teams in Canada and New York when workloads exceed the current staff capabilities, and vice versa.• Daily quality control prior to going live, this includes: Checking all UPC's against an Excel file to be certain that all images have been shot and are accounted for, ensuring that all file names are correct and that all elements of each shot are accounted for so that they can be correctly processed on the back end, viewing each image to be certain that it is an accurate representation of the actual product.• Partner with IT Department to optimize network infrastructure.• Upload all images for viewing on the L&T website.

• Digital Imaging Specialist assigned to Harpers Bazaar magazine.• Responsible for Retouching and Color Correction of images used in monthly magazine, iPad subscriptions, and Bazaar.com.• Confirm and alter files so that all images adhere to the "Harpers Look" regardless of their original capture process.• Review images daily with Editors, Art Directors and other associates representing Harpers Bazaar. • • Work directly with Art Directors on achieving a specific vision for each months issue as envisioned by the Editor or the Art Director themselves.• Coordinate, communicate and train oversees vendors in three countries to help establish and ensure that the "Harpers Look" remains consistent.• Send, receive and review hundreds of files per month and provide consistent feedback, reviews and examples based on the brand being represented, in my case Harpers Bazaar.• Assist other Imaging Specialists on their titles when needed.

Responsible for preparing all files for print using the Prinergy PDF workflow. This includes retouching, color corrections to both raster and vector artwork, type corrections, layout changes, creation of dielines for cutting, foil stamping, embossing through the final assembly and impositions for output to an assortment of proofing devices.

• Photo Retouching/Color Correcting of all images for clients such as Loreal, Nikon, Martha Stewart, Tiffany, Coach, Judith Ripka, Verizon, Hunter Douglas. • Building complex sub assemblies of images to match supplied FPO, this includes multi color DCS images for clients requiring spot color integration in their four color seperations. • When all images have been processed I work with the page layout team assembling and ripping jobs on either Scitex Brisque or, more recently, Nexus Artwork Systems workflow. • Releases to publications for Advertising Agencies such as McCann Erickson, BBDO, Della Femina Rothchild and others, in TiffIt, PDF-X1A, Collect and Packaging formats.

•Photo Retouching and Color Correcting of all images that came through this shop from art and photo galleries all over NYC, professional photographers, Conde Nast, NYC Parks Department, NYC Museums as well as many other high end clients. • Scanning on the Linotype Hell 3300 drum scanner.

• Mac operator, scanner, retoucher, page assembler, mac repairman, network administrator, etc. for small uptown print shop. Being the only computer operator at this shop found me wearing many hats.
