With a background in Psychology from the Universidad del Valle de México and a specialization in Security Services Management from the Benengeli Institute, I currently lead as Workplace Experience and Security at BAT. My competencies focus on comprehensive security, project management, and the implementation of safety and facilities procedures, thereby consolidating the Workplace Experience area.During my time at BAT, I have led the construction project of the new DBS offices and supervised the Security, EHS, and Facilities departments, integrating sustainable practices aligned with corporate values. My collaborative approach and social skills have contributed to fostering a culture of security and well-being, bringing diverse perspectives and enriching experiences to the team.
