Initially, I was responsible for maintaining Splunk dashboards to monitor the SRE's "4-Golden Signals" and ensure the smooth operation of the platform. Later, I was integrated into an agile team and played a key role in developing new features and functionalities in their microservices, focusing on SRE principles.I also worked on identifying and resolving customer issues and monitored the infrastructure using AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch. This experience provided me with a unique opportunity to merge my technical skills with my interest in SRE and agile development methodologies.
