Additionally, he counsels major real estate developers, title companies, and car and farm implement dealerships.He is also a farmer, owning a large organic lettuce and alfalfa farm. He advises and represents clients in the acquisition and sale of corporate assets and corporations.In the area of Energy, Environment & Natural Resouces, he represents Carson-Truckee Conservation District and Steamboat Canal and has been involved in the acquisition and leases of numerous mineral and water resources.
