As Vice President of Global Marketing / Innovation, successfully led all aspects of the Marketing and R&D effort including: formal strategic planning, early stage ideation, product development, Tollgate execution, product management, marketing communications, clinical affairs, and trade shows. Launched $10-15 million in new products annually. Managed a team of 20 associates, reporting to President. Kerr is a + $300 million dental materials medical device manufacturer.
