Leader of Hardware Engineering for Dell's Client Products Group.

November, 1998 – July, 2021: Held a number of different roles and assignments of increasing responsibility, spanning from Development Manager for notebook products to leading global Engineering organizations at the Executive level.• Led Hardware Engineering for Dell’s Commercial PC’s from early 2020 thru July of 2021, expanding to lead Hardware Engineering for Dell's Client Product Group in August 2021.• Responsible for leading Engineering for Dell’s Premium & Performance PC’s from 2016 to early 2019, expanding to lead Engineering for our Consumer Products through January, 2020.• Led System Architecture organization for Dell's PC products. Charter included all notebook, tablet, convertible, workstation/desktop, and all-in-one PC's. Brands included Latitude, Optiplex, Precision, XPS, Inspiron, Vostro, and Alienware – targeted at both, Commercial & Consumer customers.• Led Desktop PC Product Development organization. A global organization, with teams in Asia and the US, responsible for developing products for Dell's Consumer and Commercial businesses.• Led the global organization responsible for all engineering/product development of the Studio, XPS, Alienware and Adamo product lines in Dell's Consumer Product Group. Had direct responsibility for teams in Taiwan (Taipei), China (Shanghai), and in the U.S. (Austin, Texas & Miami, Florida).• In September of 2009 my team launched the new generation of Alienware branded Gaming desktops and notebook PCs. The milestone was the culmination of a long process to integrate the Alienware Company into Dell, establishing Alienware as Dell’s gaming brand and solidifying its position as the world’s best premium PC gaming brand.• My teams also developed and launched the Adamo and Adamo XPS notebooks. The Adamo XPS was the world's thinnest notebook PC at 9.9mm thick and both products won numerous design awards.

While at Motorola, I held positions of increasing responsibility ranging from Lead Mechanical Engineer early in my tenure to Sr. Manager, leading cross-functional engineering teams in the development of paging products.

UTOS was a division of United Technologies focused on development of Lasers, optical systems, and High Energy Laser mirrors. My role at UTOS was a Mechanical Design Engineer.

My first job out of college. Joined the team for the TADS/PNVS weapon & navigation system for the AH64 Apache attack helicopter as it was about to launch into production. Primary responsibility was design engineering support for post-launch ramp into volume production.
