In the last many decades, I have been a practicing lawyer, a CEO of a training Company, a College Professor and and Independent Consultant. Nothing has ever been as much a passion project as helping people to be healthy, well and supported in whatever ways they need. My life's work is to assist an individual to follow a healthy lifestyle, manage medical diagnosis or treatment, and be the coach, teacher and accountability "buddy" we all need at times. I have extensive knowledge in so many areas and my great listening skills allow me to offer advice and counsel tailored to each person. There is no one size fits all.
