My diverse background spans business strategy, leadership, and financial management, as well as beauty services and event planning and education. I am passionate about working with individuals and teams to drive success and foster growth.In my current role as a Lash Extension Specialist and Educator at My Mink Lashes & Training Academy, I deliver luxury beauty services while mentoring new lash technicians, helping them develop both technical skills and business acumen. I also have extensive experience managing teams and events, having served as the Director of Social Events and Vice President of Internal for the Vancouver Island University Business Students' Association, where I led successful fundraising initiatives and organized events.With strong skills in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and training, I am driven by my passion for helping others achieve their potential.
