Leo Ritterhoff is a Server and Runner and Bartender at The Edge Harlem. Colleagues describe them as "Leo was an exceptionally dedicated RA who threw multiple successful events for the residents of his community. Leo and I worked together on multiple occasions, being a part of the same cluster community. Leo was very in tune with his resident's needs and wants and always advocated for his community at the higher administrative level when necessary. Leo grew immensely in this role throughout the year. Learning to set boundaries with residents when necessary, throw bigger events in the greater Sarah Lawrence community, and collaborate with RA's across staff boundaries.
