Current• Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's overall business goals. • Oversee all operational functions, including project management, field operations, safety, quality control, and logistics. • Ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution by optimizing workflows, streamlining processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage project budgets and ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors. • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability. • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Manage risk and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards. • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.• Profit & Loss Responsibility
