Initially responsible for Direct Sales in Sweden and a year later The Nordics as the company expanded into other Nordic countries. Responsible for a team of managers with 14 direct reports whom in turn manage a total of 11 regional sales teams.Implemented:-Data driven coaching culture-Gamification inspired career ladder to drive employee motivation-An internal education program connected to the career ladder-Annual sales training event with workshops, roleplaying and seminars-Tools for analyzing the causality between different performing regions-Tools for scoring profitability in individual, regional and national performances-Wider collaborations between regions to spread best practices and encourage new ideas-Centralized sales support and cross functional teams to drive business development
