Coach Leo is a Sales Professional, an internationally certified fitness coach, certified flow state practitioner, certified in calisthenics, certified Qigong Instructor and more. He has studied Wim Hof Method in breathwork, learned from one of the world’s leading International breathwork teachers Michael Bijker, participated in a 60 days program with creator of leading youtube fitness channel and so so much more, only to expand his knowledge and attain wisdom to see and reach his maximum potential. This journey on learning, self development and enlightenment which was covered over a decade, has equipped Coach Leo with the abilities to uncover the real meaning in life and how one can really achieve greatness in one’s lifetime. He is a proud father to two amazing boys, husband to a fantastic wife and son to some real cool parents. He is also an ex professional basketball player who has played on many levels. He also conducts basketball coaching classes for kids and adults.He is the creator of “FlowTernity”, a community of people who are on a journey of self development using the core strategies, part of their lives in order to achieve greatness, in whatever form, in life.
