It was driven by an investor group of top professionals covering several industries ( FMCG , Pharma , Food , Banking , Consulting , Human Resources ... ), backgrounds ( Management, Marketing, Sales, Finances, Operations) and business types( from SMEs to large corporations). As CEO, I was instrumental in shaping the strategy, identifying opportunities, and securing funds.

They say high impact entrepreneurs need to fail in order to succeed. Well, I have already done it!The project aimed developing remote rehabilitation service that would allow Parkinson and Stroke patients to follow their physical therapy from home. The service was based in an already available technology (Play4Health) that was already being used in public hospitals (offline).After struggling with technology transfer issues, the project finally died in late 2012.Three Achievements:o Managed to persuade four brilliant IESE Executive MBA fellow students to join the project. o Created a valuable contact network from scratch in an industry in which we had no expertise at all: from medical doctors and physiotherapists to decision makers in health institutions (both public and private) and VC's. o Got the first "yes" from potential customers to actually deploy the system in their institutions: a geriatric hospital, a Parkinson Physiotherapy Clinic and an leading company in the Physiotherapy industry.

I played a key role in establishing the company's external and internal communication strategies. My efforts helped put Starlab on the map as a leading R&D company in the Space and Neuroscience sectors, resulting in significant media exposure and several awards, including the Barcelona Activa Most Innovative Start-Up and the Heathcare Innovation Tournament (HIT) award for healthcare technologies.My responsibilities included designing and launching the company's corporate website and blog, which quickly achieved a high ranking for relevant keywords. I also created an agile methodology for launching project websites using Drupal, which was used in a variety of projects with great success.In addition, I was responsible for internal communication and successfully implemented the company's intranet. This involved a significant cultural shift for employees and required strong leadership skills, in addition to technical expertise.

As a freelance photographer and editor, I worked for several media outlets such as El Periódico, La Vanguardia, Diari de Terrassa, and the UOC Magazine. During this time, I had the chance to interview notable figures such as Sir Tim Berners-Lee, founder of the Internet, or best-selling international novelists like Ildefonso Falcones.My passion for photography also led me to showcase my work in exhibitions. I was the curator of the exhibition "Las imágenes que no exporta Catalunya" in San Salvador, El Salvador, and was selected for the exhibition "Mirades Necessaries" held at Palau Robert in Barcelona
