- Recruited to find a new ERP for this fast growing company, keeping in mind it’s directors ideas and objectives. The focus was a mid-sized ERP supplier in order to ensure a better relationship between Grupo Facholi and the supplier.- In the first stage, all the basic customizations and training needed to make the company work were done.- In the second stage, the focus was to bring new and better information to the board of directors, adjusting and tuning the BI module of the ERP.
