Participated in a large-scale state-owned enterprise management consulting project, reconstructed and adjusted the shopping center; Based on the core customer group positioning and analysis, comprehensively analyzed the problems of the commercial centers from the platform side, the diversion end and the client side. Conducted many case studies of various parts and feasibility analysis;Analyzed potential customers to locate shopping centers through direct and indirect methods: Direct analysis: analysis of potential customers through fixed-point regular surveys of nearby competing malls, migration routes of subway lines, population distribution of each region and passenger flow data of major transfer stations; Indirect analysis: Analyzed customer consumption habits through consumption and sales data to analyzed commercial center brand planning defects.

Responsible for gathering, organizing and exploring foreign literature with the theme ‘foreign NPOs in China’; analyzed over 150 foreign journals and extracted core viewpoints of every journal using Endnotes; Analyzed the key words, topics and research methods using CiteSpace; summarized overall changes in the theories and trends of the academic topics on foreign NPOs; gave a presentation on the latest findings during the weekly discussions

Analyzed customer demands and interests for potential service by collecting and organizing the feedback data from official website; wrote 8 we-chat articles and visualized the contents using HTML5 according to clients’ needs;Conducted SWOT and PEST analysis to analyze the feasibility of the project; proposed to map all the relevant local nonprofits (800+) and tried to build corporation, which played a vital role in implementing the project; Organized weekly meetings with Ogilvy group to check the progress of the project; coordinated and maintained the relationship with partners such as UNESCO, Inclusion China etc.
