Responsible for all aspects of patient registration, including but not limited to gathering demographic and financial data, collecting co-pays / past due balances as required, basic ability to interpret and explain billing and insurance info in a friendly and professional manner. This required great attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking.

At Family Video I provided exceptional customer service as well as the handling and delegation of store operational tasks. Multitasking and great organization skills in order to manage customers, inventories, phone calls, maintenance, and computer systems.

Responsible for management and upkeep of all technology including computer hardware and software, printers and plotters, scanners, and the network connections of the aforementioned. Also responsible for aiding and assisting a licensed geologist. Duties ranged from Data Entry, Books (including payroll, accounts payables & receivables), and research and creation of geological and environmental maps, graphs, and other reference materials for the Oil and Gas Industry. Expected to understand and interpret modern geological theories, have excellent computer skills including Mapping and CAD programs; as well as other miscellaneous office duties.
