Deriving immense satisfaction in providing value add to another individual, I am passionate about career coaching, people development and lifelong learning. Accumulating more than 20 years industry and global experience, I hope share my experience and provide insights to the individuals that I meet while continuously making self-improvement in order to elevate my competencies. As a career consultant / coach in a university, I hope to enrich and enlighten young minds in their career quest whilst seeking various valuable opportunities for student engagement through meaningful industry collaboration.I have worn many hats throughout my career from mentor, trainer, supervisor, technical advisor, project champion, team lead, liaising engineer etc. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and communicate with various levels of personnel. Some of my key strengths are inclusivity, having strong problem solving skills and being a strategic thinker/planner.I enjoy meeting new people and is ever curious to understand more cultures in this global village.I am also an advocate of lifelong learning which I feel is indispensable in this ever progressing and challenging world that we live in.
