I have extensive experience in project management, owning multimillion-dollar projects from the sales stage through design, manufacturing, assembly and QC to integration, delivery, and installation. I am mechanically inclined – with a background in automotive technology, I’ve been working in manufacturing in the food industry for over a decade. In 2016 I established the engineering department of MAF Industries’ PNW division that I’ve led since, occasionally also assuming the role of manufacturing manager. Currently, as the most senior mechanical engineer at the company, I provide training to new design engineers, perform product research and development, develop and implement process improvements, and meet with customers and vendors to find mutually benefitting solutions. What I bring to a team is drive, transparency, and dependable leadership. My goal, with any task at hand, is to achieve the desired results in the most efficient way without sacrificing quality.
