CurrentValiant Solutions is a small business provider of IT solutions and personnel that specializes in Government and clearance positions. We work with several government agencies including Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security(DHS), Department of Energy(DoE), the FBI, EPA, and US Census. I started out as a recruiter and quickly increased my responsibilities and job titles to include account manager, recruiting manager, Facility Security Officer and more. I am a man who wears many hats and doesn’t mind juggling multiple projects. Title: EVP Mission Support (2012 – Present) Duties:• Manage Valiant’s recruiting division• On board & train all new incoming recruiters and provided ongoing IT and recruiting training.• Lead and/or assist with proposal writing, editing and pricing including RFI’s, RFQ’s, RFP’s etc.• Distribute and manage all new/existing job requirements• Maintain / Administer our applicant tracking system, Sendouts SurgeTitle: Facility Security Officer – FSO (2009 – Present) Duties:• Administer government security policies and procedures.• Maintain and check security clearances in JPAS.• Initiate Secret & Top Secret clearance investigations via JPAS / E-QIP.Title: Account Manager / Recruiting Manager (2006 – Present) Duties:• Serve as primary contact for over 75% of Valiant's clients.• Schedule and confirm client interviews.• Perform new employee on boarding including paperwork and contracts for 1099, Corp to Corp, and W2 employees.Title: IT Recruiter (2006 – 2008) Duties:• IT Recruiting for government, public, and private sector.• Source qualified candidates and perform technical phone screens.
