• Directs and coordinates development of operational targets and contributes to the planning process. • Directs the preparation of various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and maintains various related financial models. • Analyzes and reports on marketing initiatives for all brands to determine ROI and effectiveness.• Analyzes financial performance (compared to budget, projections, and prior year) and communicates key findings to Operations and Leadership Teams.• Directs procedures for analyzing and quantifying labor; analyzes operational changes and their impact on productivity. • Assists Operations in developing and quantifying the labor model. • Reviews wage rates and labor hours versus model by unit, region and company. Evaluates turnover opportunities.• Supervises bonus calculations for unit managers, District Managers, and Directors of Operations and coordinates bonus payments with payroll department. • Responsible for calculations of projected bonus payouts in accordance with the company’s bonus programs to support monthly bonus accrual. • Directs financial analysis of key capital projects, including IRR evaluation for new unit sites. • Maintains financial models and develops financial analysis to support review of new unit sites. • Develops financial analysis to evaluate other key capital projects as needed. • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making
