As Sales Manager of Kemin Industries, it was a new experience for my carrier path to enter new line of industries that I never responsible before. But with quick adapted and learned, within a few months I could handle a new pioneer products to be penetrate to the market very well and it bring me to become the winner of the President’s Retreat at the 4th year of my time in Kemin Industries. On this position, I am accountable to achieve the sales goal for my region, by determining the sales strategy by implementing the strategic selling funnel and SALT strategy and also supporting the marketing team to do market analysis. Penetrate the product to every customers by create the good partnerships, present the product technical information, supporting the trials and analysis and also supporting distributors with technical knowledge and market penetrations, has been a daily basic activity for almost 7 years.

Promoted as Product Executive at Kalbe Farma, I was accountable to develop products existence in the market. First role was to manage some products that correlate with poultry and companion animals sector. After a year, I have been appointed to handle companion animal sector products, which become a major industry that the company start to focus and developed with and should be reported to the marketing manager and general manager. For almost 6 years, I am familiar with market analysis, create marketing strategy and marketing mix, launching products, manage price policy and product inventory and supporting the sales team to penetrate the markets has been daily activity during this position.A successes that has been achieve is to double the sales achievement to 100% growth and make some product leader in the companion animal market by create good branding of the product.

Early stage of my carrier path as the Registration and technical officer (for almost 2 years), was to manage all the products that market in Indonesia has got the registration number which released by the government of Agriculture department, for company to legally sold the products in the market. Including to arrange and submit the import permit of every products that would be import by the company. Communicate with the sales and marketing management, PPIC, RND, production management, principal, government officer such as agriculture department, veterinary drug commission, customs officer, forwarder companywas day to day activity during this position. To support the marketing and sales department, I also create technical knowledge, reading material and insight to enrich the technical knowledge of every sales person. Also supporting them by giving presentation of product knowledge for potential customers.
