Generated leads for the Sales team by researching and skip-tracing the owner of Commercial Real Estate properties (often in the form of an LLC), and then the owner within that owner (often called General Partner, President, Director, etc). I wasn't stalking... I was merely playing detective...- Met and often exceeded weekly performance numbers / quotas, all tracked within the CRM.- Demonstrated high attention to detail by producing leads with high data quality and accuracy. - Recognized by management and leadership as being one of the top 3 producers (of over 140) of the most accurate leads. I might not have necessarily produced the most leads per week, but of the leads I did produce, they were amongst the most accurate (68% vs 52% average), leading to less wrong numbers, less bounced emails, less frustration for account executives, and less time wasted. - Was in the top quarter of Data Brokers that ultimately achieved PW’s (mortgage paperwork).
